* I require a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment without voiding your deposit. Failure to do so will result in an additional deposit to reschedule.

* Every appointment booked will require a deposit of $150. Appointments that meet the shop minimum will only require a deposit of $50.

* Should you need to reschedule, deposits will move with up to one reschedule. A second reschedule will require an additional deposit.

* Cancellations, being more than 15 minutes late (without prior notification), or no-call-no-shows will void your deposit entirely.

* Cancellations within 2 hours, or no-call-no-shows will require an additional $100 charge.
